SMASOLTRAV - MY AZORES MY LOVES 2020 - SANTA MARIA

The Regional Secretariats of Social Solidarity and of Energy, Environment and Tourism, promote, for the seventh consecutive year, the senior tourism programme "My Azores, My Loves".
This low and medium season program will take place during the months of January to May 2020, involving about one thousand participants from all the islands of the archipelago.

The senior tourism program "My Azores, My Loves", which has existed since 2014, has provided thousands of Azorean residents over 60 years of age with the possibility of enjoying complete travel packages to any island in the archipelago, with air connections, accommodation, meals, transfers, entertainment and excursions.

With this initiative, the Government of the Azores intends to encourage domestic tourism among Azorean residents, boosting domestic demand during periods of less tourist activity, in order to mitigate the negative effects of seasonality and, at the same time, promote fraternization and coexistence among Azoreans from all the islands and strengthen socio-cultural ties among participants.

For the second consecutive year SMASOLTRAV is the travel agency organizer of the event in Santa Maria and we are waiting for the arrival of the first group already on 18.01.2020 to our beautiful Island.
SMASOLTRAV is proud to organize this event for another year and with the precious help of all its partners, provide to all participants of the My Azores My Loves 2020 Program an enriching and unforgettable experience during their stay in our Island.

1ST ANNIVERSARY OF SMASOLTRAV

The following terms and conditions are intended to regulate the draw through which SMASOLTRAV Travel Agency offers a prize to celebrate its 1st anniversary.

1 - DEADLINE, RULES OF THE HOBBY AND DATE OF THE DRAW
The participation in the hobby takes place between days 15.04.2019 e 14.05.2019.

All persons or entities that between the days defined for the duration of the hobby acquire in cash any service to this Travel Agency (holiday packages, air tickets or sea tickets) of a value exceeding EUR 50.00 are entitled.

The draw will take place on the day 15.05.2019 (date of the 1st anniversary of the Travel Agency SMASOLTRAV), before the guests present at the Travel Agency at Rua do Mercado, Loja 3 in Vila do Porto, through the website sorteiogo.com and will be based on the random drawing of a number between the number on the first invoice/receipt issued on the day 15.04.2019 and the number of the last invoice/receipt issued on the day 14.05.2019.

The result will be posted on Facebook and Instagram of SMASOLTRAV on 15.05.2019 and communicated to the winner on 16.05.2019 by email or phone contact.

In the absence of a reply from the winner, his name will be posted in the travel agency for a period of 30 days until 16.06.2019 for claiming the prize, at the end of that period the right to claim the prize shall cease.

2 - PRIZE TO BE AWARDED
1 (One) weekend for 2 people in Ponta Delgada until July 15, 2019 (includes air tickets sma/pdl/sma and stay 2 nights in a double room at S. Miguel Park Hotel **** with breakfast included) and subject to flight and hotel availability.

3 - ADVERTISING RIGHTS
The winner of this contest, by accepting the prize, declares that he authorizes for publicity purposes the assignment of his image rights to the Travel Agency SMASOLTRAV, renouncing any financial compensation for the use of his image in any media or social networks.
