If you are a SMASOLTRAV customer, the costs associated with any reservation change or cancellation will only be those charged by the tour operators, airlines or hotels we work with and which can be consulted in their general conditions.

You can request quotes and/or reservations for flights, boat, hotels and tours via e-mail, 365 days a year and even outside agency operating hours – we promise to reply as soon as possible.

We’ll take care of your web check-in for you and select the best seats on the plane whenever possible.

Whenever possible and upon availability, we will support our customers on extra-tourism issues, both on the Island of Santa Maria and on the Portuguese Continent.

Our customers don’t pay SMASOLTRAV expenses for any change and/or cancellation of reservations, except those that are charged by our operators and aviation companies regarding their changes and/or cancellations.
